Never received shirts	March 1, 2025

I placed an order for 4 work shirts and I never received, I actually received a completely different order. I called to explain what transpired and took pictures and I was not accommodated for what transpired. I was told when it’s out of their facility they do not have anything to do with it which translated to they do not insure their packages. They also insinuated I tampered with my own package. The person I worked with was nice initially but further into the conversation she blamed me and gave an “oh well, it’s not my problem” response.

One of my shirts has a tiny hole it in near the chest. I did call and was told I would have to bring it all the way back to your store for inspection and then they would determine if the shirt could be replaced. So I am a little frustrated with this because I live all the way in Monroe and making 2 more trips up there is a lot to ask. I have ordered several shirts from you all before and was very happy with the quality and timeliness but I don't feel like the handling of my issue was good. I still have yet to make it back up there and I am afraid once I do that I will be told it has been too long since I purchased.
